Cancellation Policy

These terms describe the advertising refund and / or cancelation policy service with CHATMONDIAL. Note that these terms may change at any time without you being informed, it is therefore strongly advised to read them regularly to be informed of changes.

Once an ad is posted, the advertiser is kept informed by mail and can no longer be refunded. However, even if an advertisement is already published, the advertiser may at any time request a cancellation of the advertisement publication so that it is no longer displayed (but note that it will not be refunded).

A refund is possible when an advertisement has not yet been published (that is to say, displayed, therefore the start date of the advertisement publication has not yet happened). This applies to bookings of advertisements. In this case, we carry out a repayment of 90% of the cost previously sent, within three (03) business days after the effective date of advertising cancellation. This covers the costs involved. Refunding is usually done using the same means that the advertiser used when sending funds, but the method of refunding may differ depending on the case.
